Members of the Isle of Wight Learning Zone can apply to the charity trustees for their events or projects to be officially supported (‘adopted’) by the Learning Zone. This support can come in the form of funding, insurance, or planning advice.
In return for the support, adopted events must be first advertised to members of the Learning Zone (via the members Facebook page) for at least 24 hours prior to advertising anywhere else. This is to allow members early-bird access to events that might have a limited capacity. Any financial benefits (using LZ funds) must also only be passed on to LZ members.
